Our staff will carefully prepare, cook, and package all of your meals and have them fresh and ready to go!

PICKUP/DELIVERY

Choose how you would like to recieve your meals. We offer both pickup at our partnered locations and delivery to the greater Charlotte area!

HEAT IT AND EAT IT

Our containers are microwave So pop your meal directly in the microwave and enjoy your meal! If you prefer to heat in the oven, remove meal from container, place on an oven safe tray, heat and enjoy!

What Do Your Sizes Mean?

Regular

4 ounces of protein, 1 cup of sides. 10-12 total ounces of food per meal. Great for one person!

Large

8 ounces of protein with 1 cup of sides. 14-18 ounces of food per meal. Great for big macro goals or to share

Couples

12 ounces of protein with 2 cups of sides. Great for multiple meals or sharing
