Meet Our Founder Kate
Kate founded Maple Meal Prep out of love and necessity.
Other than her family; Kate loves food more than anything. Good food at least.
The necessity comes from Kate struggling with GI issues. Food that is delicious is not always what helps our body function at its best.
This led her on a quest to find a meeting of the two. Delicious food she could eat daily that would also work for her health and wellness goals.
After almost 3 years, thousands of satisfied customers, and all the ups and downs of entrepreneurship; we have the new and improved Maple Meal Prep.
