Place the stuffed shells in an oven-safe dish, spoon the béchamel sauce over the top, and cover loosely with foil. Heat for 10–12 minutes, or until warmed through, warming the focaccia in the oven for the final 2–3 minutes. Finish with the parmesan garnish and serve with the warm focaccia.
