Heating Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (300°F for convection). Remove the seared tuna, poke vegetable mix, pickled onion, pineapple, and poke sauce from the meal and keep refrigerated. Transfer the sticky sushi rice to an oven-safe baking dish and sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon of water (no plastic in oven). Cover tightly with foil. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until the rice is gently warmed and tender. Remove from oven and fluff the rice gently with a fork. Top the warm rice with the chilled poke vegetable mix, pineapple, and sliced seared ahi tuna. Finish with reserved poke sauce and serve immediately.
